~ As this is a stretch bracelet with large pearls it's best to take a size that is approx 1/2 - 1  inch larger than your actual wrist size. There is a lot of stretch in these bracelets and they will stay where you place them on your arm. For a bangle bracelet look ( to have the bracelet draping loosely over your hand ) take the larger size.
