Shipping Times

 

~ All orders in stock are processed within 48 business hours if in stock .Items not in stock and custom orders can take up to 14 business days  ( Unless otherwise stated in the individual listing ) to be made and sent.

 ~ USPS Priority Mail within the USA usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive at the destination.

~ USPS priority mail outside the USA is estimated at between 6-10 days

How Can I Track My Order?

 

~ Once your order has shipped an email with the tracking number will be sent to you.International clients will also receive a customs number.

~ The status of your order can then be checked on www.usps.com.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

~ Jean Joaillerie does not accept cancellations or returns.

~ On other items your purchase can be exchanged for store credit or for an item in stock.

~ Exchanges are accepted if you inform us within 48 days upon delivery of your order that you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. 

~ Earrings are not eligible for exchange or return unless they arrive damaged in transit in which case we need to be informed within 48 hours of delivery via email ( contact@jeanjoaillerie.com ) or through our " Contact Us " page. If they arrive damaged they will be repaired at our expense.

~ Items must be returned for exchange or store credit within 5 days of receipt of your purchase.

~ Any exchanged items have to be returned by signature mail ( i.e ups, fed ex, dhl or usps priority mail or other forms of signature mail  ) to the correct address listed on the " contact us "page and must be unworn, unused, and returned in the same condition it was sent with the packaging and labels attached if applicable.

~ Custom Orders,Items Marked " All Sales Are Final ",Items Purchased On Sale,Earrings And All Items In the Fine Jewelry Section are not eligible for exchange.

~ You are responsible for the shipping charges for exchanges except in the event an item arrives damaged in transit.

~ Jean Joaillerie reserves the right to refuse an exchange if it does not comply with our exchange policy.
